I am failing my studies, yet healthy
If you have been failing to study for a long time, even though you are trying your best, and you don’t have an illness or disability to account for your problems, here are some aspects to consider:
- Are you struggling with a particular subject? If something is not clear to you, take advantage of a consultation with the subject teacher or find a tutor.
- Are you having difficulty coping with the demands of the degree programme in general? Contact advisor@studyatctu.com, discuss your situation and inquire about possible solutions.
- Are you failing your studies because you are dealing with personal hardships such as a death in the family, a breakup, addiction, etc.? You can try psychological counselling at CIPS to deal with your situation better.
- Have you had an accident, been hospitalized for an extended period of time, or otherwise experienced an unexpected deterioration in your health? Contact the ELSA Support Centre to find out how the situation can be addressed.
- Is the field you are studying right for you? Consider whether you would be happier elsewhere, either in another course or faculty at CTU or another university. Discuss your needs and options with a coach at the Career Center.
